These sessions are rare, personal, and created with care. Offered just six times a year, each one is designed to reflect something meaningful, lasting, and fully you.
These aren’t quick photoshoots. They’re curated portrait experiences focused on confidence, ease, and emotional resonance. Whether you’re marking a milestone, capturing your bond with family, or simply reclaiming space in front of the camera, this is about honoring who you are in this season of life.
We begin with a personal consultation to understand what you want to remember, express, or celebrate. From wardrobe guidance to expert posing and expression coaching, everything is tailored to help you feel comfortable and look beautifully yourself. Sessions are unhurried, styled with intention, and delivered with care.
These sessions are limited and intentional. If this feels like the right time, let’s talk.

A portrait commission is a personal, artful photography session designed to create lasting portrait artwork — not just digital files. Commissions are crafted for women and men, graduates, and families, and include planning, a directed session, and finished artwork such as wall art and albums built to last generations.
Portrait commissions are limited to six sessions per year so each one receives full creative attention — from planning conversations through final artwork. This isn't volume photography; it's a deliberately small practice alongside headshot and event work, which means dates book early.
Portrait commissions begin at $2,290, which includes planning session, preparation guidance, one location, and an artwork credit. Because commissions center on finished artwork, clients typically invest $10,000 and up — you'll know the full picture before booking, with no pressure at the reveal.
Sessions take place on location throughout the Baltimore area — outdoor settings, your home, or a meaningful place of your choosing — or in studio, depending on the vision we plan together. The location is chosen during your planning conversation to match the artwork you want to live with.
Choose coordinated — not matching — outfits in a palette of two to three complementary colors, and dress for the setting we've planned. You'll receive detailed wardrobe guidance during planning, including specific recommendations based on your location, season, and the room where your artwork will hang.
After your session, you'll attend a reveal and ordering appointment where you view your images and select your artwork — wall pieces, albums, or prints. Everything is guided: you'll see how images look at actual sizes in your space before deciding, so you order with confidence rather than guesswork.
Digital files are included with artwork purchases and available as a separate collection. The heart of a commission is printed artwork you'll live with, and digital files are included so you have both the heirloom and the shareable versions.
Book 2–3 months ahead when possible — with only six commissions offered per year, dates are limited and seasonal slots (spring outdoor sessions, fall family sessions, graduation timing) fill first. Reach out early even if your ideal date is flexible.
